EXCHANGES / REPLACEMENT
If you would like to exchange your purchase for alternative items at Firewaterdreamer, please apply for exchange 48 hours from the date of delivery by applying through our portal.
Exchange is only possible once per order. Any order that consists of Free Products such as Vests, Undergarments, shorts cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. Exchanged goods can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received by us and have undergone a quality control check. The cost of shipping is borne by the customer. In case if there’s any manufacturing defect, we will arrange the reverse pickup at our own cost. 99% of the time the products are defect-free and are passed through a double quality check. The defect will only be identified on receiving the goods at our warehouse. The replacement will be shipped after Quality control of the product is sent back.
We have 2 methods to return back the product or products back to us.
WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGE IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDITS. WE DO NOT OFFER BANK REFUNDS IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. EVERY PRODUCT HAS A DESCRIPTION MENTIONING THE SAME.
CLEARANCE SALES PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT. PLEASE ASSURE THAT YOUR PRODUCT WASN’T PURCHASED FROM THE CLEARANCE SECTION. ANY FREE PRODUCT RECEIVED CANNOT BE RETURNED BACK FOR AN EXCHANGE WITH A DIFFERENT PRODUCT.
